(shhh) I had a 3.2 when I finished, however, my last two years the average was over 3.4. If you're plan is to go to grad school, anything 3.2+ is good. If you're not planning on going to grad school, than anyhing that gets you the degree is good, because employers want experience (interships, etc) more than they want a stellar GPA.
