How can i get black dye out of my hair?

I would consult a hair professional at a salon.....they can advise and recommend treatment items that won't cause further hair damage.

This problem with advice and answers is alllllll over this board dozens of times over. Please read the board for a few minutes and you'll find an answer. Which is basically the same answer amblessed just gave you.

this happened to me before as well! they can do a process called stripping to your hair, but that is very damaging and causes your hair to fall out! i dont reccomend it. what i did, was got highlights done, and week after, got them done once more. it gives the illusiion that ur entire hair is light brown again. theres nothing else u can do without damaging your hair....

omfg......i accidentally dyed my hair too......i thought all hope was lost, b/c every time i tried to dye it a lighter shade, it stayed the same color.......however, it was summertime, and i was in the pool everyday. believe it or not, but the sun actually lightened it enough, so that i could dye it a color, without it staying black.........trust me, this works. good luck!
