You can't. Your mind has to let that information go through you. I have the same thing and nothing has worked. Just wait until the moment comes and you will remember.

Therapy

I had blocked out some things from my childhood and they came to surface when I was seeing a counselor - I recommend you try it, as it seems you have a lot to work through.

There are ways, it's not simple though, trauma can really lock away some memories but there are some ways to gradually piece what you've lost, a psychiatrist or councilor can guide you through them properly, you can just confuse yourself more without proffessional help decyphering it all though.

Some people strongly endorse hypnosis as a method too but I wouldn't .

Depending on how badly it affected you and how long it's been it can take weeks to months or in some cases (people who've held on to it untill their 40s) in your case if you already suspect it might be true and you're still young it should be quite possible to figure it out with some help.

About hypnosis, I meant I wouldn't recomend it on it's own.

When used in addition to a psychiatrist it can be a great help, but see a psychiatrist first.
