What happens if you're not home when your order comes?

Like if you order something online, and you are not available when they come to drop it off. Where would it go?

Would they leave it out front?
Or make you come to the post office to sign it off to pick it up?

Some delivery companies will leave a little card saying that they were there but you weren't home and you can collect the item at so-and-so location of their warehouse within so-and-so days.

Well, it depends really... If the order is like electronics then they will re-deliver it the next day. If it's clothes or shoes, I believe they will leave in by your door. Hope I helped. happy

Most likely they will come via the United States Post Office so their procedure is usually to leave you a note that they attempted delivery and where you can pick them up. This is assuming that the package is too big to fit in your mail box.

no you c what they do before you oder it they ask you for a second address in case you are not home then they send it there!!!

I realize, now, from another of your questions that it may be a package from outside of the United States. Accordingly. there is no telling by which company it will be delivered or even if you may have to get it cleared through a local customs office.
