if you want to loose weight its very simpple
step one: instead of junk food or diet food eat just regular healthy food (aka fruits, veggies, some meat (for protein) grains ect) and eat them in small portions through out the day
step two: what you eat for breakfest should be more then you eat for dinner
step three: do regular excersize. Not go run five miles or work out tons and tons. Start small if you havnt worked out before, like maybe just run for fifteen minutes then come back. Make sure you do a warm up and a cool down when you work out for healthier results. Dance is a great way to loose weight and so is yoga and pilates. But everyone is different find out what works best for you
but absolutely do NOT DIET it DOESNT WORK diet foods dont increase your heart rate like regular healthy foods do and therefore dont help you burn calories
