thats going to be difficult if she lives in a different country
because of customs and stuff
and if she is you need to look up what is allowed in her country
otherwise you could get in seriouse trouble for sending the wrong things!
Rice.
Stuffing.
Jerky.
Cereal.
...think carbs.
Answer this Question: "What food can I send to a friend in need?"

What food can I send to a friend in need?
What are foodstuffs I could send my friend in finantial need - where prices are soaring more than here! - that would be healthy but light to ship? I can't afford to send tins of fruit... Suggestions? She's going through a rough patch in terms of diet, so it's important for these things to be healthy choices, not just snack stuffs. Because the cost of living where she is is so high I'm not looking to send money instead.
THANK YOU!
