EAT BALANCED SMALL PORTIONS.
FRUIT, VEGGIES AND MEAT 4 FOOD GROUPS
DON'T SNACK ON FRIES, HAMBURGERS, EAT FRUIT,SALADS AND VEGGIES
FOR SALADS, EAT DRY ROASTED NUTS WITH NO OIL IN THEM.
IT WILL STILL TAKE TIME TO GET OFF THE BACK FAT BUT ITS A START.
