Try beans, soy products, etc. You need protein in your diet as well as carbs, so anything with protein is a must. Soy products are very tasty, too, and nope, I'm not a vegetarian, I just like soy happy

My Mom's been making low fat dinners lately.
Some of them include;;

Buttered pasta with shrimp or salmon,with broccoli over the top.
You can also sprinkle it with grated cheese for extra flavor.

Also,My Mom makes Chef Salad Often,With grilled chicke,which is very low fat,along with anything else she cna find to throw in.

I'd also recommend a yogurt with fruit and granola in it.I have that a lot,it tastes great and its prett healthy.
:]

Hope I heped!

Yes, soy products are great. Throw some soybeands (edamame) into a salad
and you're set. And, you can make a WIDE variety of salads and add various things, such as beans for protein. Good luck,

Try to skip things with gelatin in it. That has animal bones and skin in it sad.

Well, something that I like to do is get vegetarian chili, and mix it up with rice. If you get health valley, you can have half of a can, and about a cup of brown rice. That makes 370 calories in just one meal! And it's healthy too! happy

Soup in a veggie broth, simple and filling - add rice for extra bulk if you want. Salads. A sandwich. For a switch try pancakes or waffles for dinner, no syrup. Use jelly and /or powdered sugar (with light coating of margarine if you want). Can you have cheeses, like cottage cheese with tinned fruit?
Hope this gives you some ideas.
