What else do i need to do to lose weight?

Okay, I'm not really sure what to do. I know I'm over weight and need to lose a couple pounds. But it seems everything I try doesnt work, not too long ago I changed my diet.. took all the white bread outta my house, started eating fruit for snacks...

instead of sugary things. I started eating healthy breakfasts and everything. And it seemed to be working for awhile, I noticed a couple pairs of pants were getting bigger. But now I've kept up with eating right but I dont seem to be losing anymore weight, I eat healthier and walk more than all of my friends but im bigger than all of them! I walk more now I eat rite and nothings happening! I dont know what else I can do that wont change my lifestyle too much, because I know if it did I would give up because I dont respond to change very well..so, am I just impatient and need to give it more time? or do I need to be doing more?

well the best thing to do is have a diet but dont get rid of all white bread it is good in starch and decent in fibre .just now you have lost weight the extra weight you are not loosing may be turning into muscle
