nooo. its like me. when I like someone im not sure whethever to start talking to them. so I hesitate.. and I want to see what he'll do..

not neccessarily... it could be that she is shy or scared to talk to you... she might not know how to start a conversation... she might like you and is playing hard to get... maybe you should ask her about the situation...

maybe she is emberraced to tlk to you in public.. I say drop her as a friend, but dont ignore her. bc if you ignore her; she'll thnk your hurt. just dont strt convo's with her but reply with short answers like you dont care. if you want her as a friend she'll come back. sooner than later!!
