You can run your fingers thru his hair and if you are enjoying what he is doing to you, you can moan to let him know you like it or else say how good it feels or you really like/or love it etc.

Exactly.. express emotions, and signs of graditude.. I would consider moaning, OR. saying his name.. that usually turns em on. :]
