like.. stop being so vain/conceited. or like.. the world doesn't revolve around you, so stop acting like it does. kinda like that. but people use it in various situations haha.

possibly excessively showing off and talking up your self like showing off your guns and how great you can do something being arrogant.

It means you hold yourself very highly, too highly. If you are over something, you don't pay as much attention to it as you used to so if you are getting over yourself you are going to stop being so arrogant about yourself.
