It means holding true to your principles and beliefs, staying true to yourself, often in spite of a vast of array of contrary influences. When Steve Jobs took over running a struggling Apple Computers, he took a yearly salary of $1 to show he was more committed to the company than money. Integrity! Ben and Jerry, the ice-cream kings, give much of their company's profits to charitable organizations in the neighborhoods in which they operate. Integrity! And so forth...
Integrity - adherence to a code of moral values - doing what is right.
In my own words, it is a quality in which someone is always being honest and obeys moral principles. I just got it from the dictionary but I used my own words. Here is the one from the dictionary:
The quality of always behaving honestly and according to moral principles.
It means never having to say your SORRY
Well, if you had 100% integrity, yes, but in fact, I reckon that a mere human with integrity would say 'SORRY', because they would be honest enough to admit when they had been wrong.
