What does he mean?

I really like dis guy and he likes me too but he says I'm too young because I'm 14 and hes 18 he said he never date anyone this young before and hes not planning on doing that. But he kissed me ane ask me if I wanted to be his girl...I said yea but then I change my answer and said no we can be friends and I didn't expect him to agree with me because first he said he wanted to be more than friend but he changed his mind...its really hurting me inside because I really like him and it hurts more because hes everything I always wanted,,,hes just perfect: should I tell him how I feel about him???

well first of all nobody's perfect if you think he is then its just a crush get to know him good but still I know how it feel when you dont have the one you love with you just do what your heart tell you to do listen to it but think good about you actions and decisions.
