From what I've seen say hi and a guy will ask you out
You're an attractive girl, if you like someone just say hi and flirt, it wont take much more than that

but is there anything a girl can hint to a guy to show that she likes him
because we always flirt like hell
but whenever he is just bout to ask me it never seems to happen because he is shy

if hes shy you can either keep trying and looking like a failure or you can ask him out
