What do you think when you first read this?

Me on the rockss Asked by britz14 about 1 year ago, 6 answers.

My sisters old boyfriends dad went to extreme lengths to make his kids believe in Santa Claus, including stomping across the roof, pretending to deliver the presents. Recently, they moved, to a new house, and he had to go through one of his son's rooms...

to get to the roof. His son was still up, just reading in bed and he wouldn't go to sleep. The dad waited up for a few hours, then began to get tired, as the son still wouldn't go to sleep. So he marched into the son's room, holding his presents, gave them to him, and said, There's no such thing as bloody Santa Claus. Here's your presents, now go to sleep. He then walked off in a huff. The kid stared after him, bewildered. I think the kid was 8 at the time.
What is your first thought after reading that? Mine was 'Awww, poor kid', but then I laughed.
It'd be interesting to know what others think.
