same thing happens to me so I try to think of something good and close my eyes. It works sometimes.
count sheep =) the good ol' sheep counting lol
I like to just think too =) just day dreaming about anything. Or I turn on my table lamp and just draw while laying on the pillow.
Counting sheep doesn't work. Read a book or watch a boring show, like a documentary you have no interest in. Take a nice warm bath or shower to relax your body before going to bed, sometimes that helps too.
I think taking bath is great idea...if you are interesting in writing day-log because it has 2 benefits first you will feel boring... so you can sleep...and you have write what you did today...like me so I won't forget any thing...and I remember some happy days when I get upset...
I always used to have a cigarette,
but thats not good advice
BUT IT WORKED!!!






What do you do when you can't sleep?
Sometimes I have a really hard time falling asleep. I can lay there for hours without falling asleep. Any advice?
