What do you think of my poem

Its not really go and I just randomly wrote it around 3 in the morning its called hold my hand

Hold my hand
Hold my hand like you'll never grief
Like we will never leave
Hold my hand as if yesterday doesn't matter anymore and tomorrow will never happen
Slowly and painless I slip away
Slowly you sway lost upon a day
Gone forever here I lay
