What do i need to do to reduce my high cholesterol?

blue Asked by nicegirl2cool about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

My doctor's secretary called me and told me that my cholesterol is kinda high and I need to watch what I eat and come back for a blood test in one month. I'm not quite sure what I should be eating.

Eat lots of vegetables, avoid fattening foods, eat fish - if you talk to your doctor there are capsules that can help bring it down as well if the healthy eating doesn't help.
