What do i do if my teacher saw my cutting?

He said he is worried and talked to my counselor and my friend. But not to me. I bled on the floor and he saw. What do I do?

Try your best to not cut yourself. But if it's hard for you, I suggest you tell him what's wrong with you. And if you really don't want to, try covering up any cuts you have with sleeves, headbands, long pants, and for the winter, gloves.

ok here is some advice for you instead of cutting yourself try sticking the area that you like to cut in a bucket of ice cold water or something like that because it will give you the same feeling as when you are cutting youself. also you need to talk to someone that you can really trust about your problems before they get any worse. i used to have the same problem so i know how you feel. good luck.

my teacher found out too, i confronted her, she hugged me, but she told my mom. i think you should talk to your teacher

I don't know if you still need help but, I told my teacher after I graduated. Until they know for sure they might tell your parents they might not. After graduation he was under no legal obligation until then teachers are so if you don't by any means want your parents to find out do not talk to your teacher, or councelor. You can, and I do suggest talking to a doctor or other councelor. I also encourage you to stop hiding it, because it gets tougher to overcome everyday you do it. I'm encouraging you to take that step and talk to someone. If you ffel comfortbale with your teacher, then talk to them, but know they do have to report it.

how did he see u! were you cutting at school? if you were wow I cant cut at school im to affraid to get caught! uh there is not much you can do sry.
