What activities can i do while babysitting?

I have to babysit two kids and I really dont know the activities I need to do to accupy them. email me!

ask them what tv shows they like or if they have a back yard go out side and play with them.Be prepared bring toys with you.If all fails use baby leashes!

Avoid plopping them in front of a t.v., you can set up a mini obstacle course, make a meal-something safe like sandwiches, play dressup, if there girls maybe play beauty salon, or you can go outside and play, boys might like to collect bugs.

what are their ages...playing board games, sticking and gluing, colouring in, charades, simple card games, reading stories, find out from their parents what they like to do.

Babysitting can be really easy if you know what you're doing. Make some rules: No Running in the house, No Talking back, No Arguing and so on. If they're boys then maybe a good activity is coloring, hide and seek, maybe you can play in the backyard, or just pop some popcorn and watch a movie. The same things apply to girls but for girls you can also play dressup, do each others hair, makeovers, or paint each others nails, watch some cartoons. Sure you'll be a great babysitter.

hey, let them watch tv, play with them, read to them , let them color, and take them out side to play if thats possible and that should occupy them 4 a while

you can bake a simple treat like cookies or shakes. with girls you can do makeovers and play games online. With boys you can go outside and play baseball or soccer. Give them privlages but still have rules. =)

I am babysitting a 10 year old girl. All she wants to do is play pretend, which is fine, but gets boring to her after awhile. She doesnt like sitting through movies, and im out of ideas. HELP!
