What do I do about this?

Ok so, I'm going out with this boy. I really like him but when I hang out with him he gets super annoying and all he wants to do is make out with me. I can't tell him the truth, because then something wrong might happen, and I don't want anything to happen. When ever I hang out with him all I want to do is run away and ditch him! But I already know that's not right at all! He really likes me and I really like him, but I just don't know what to do!

ok well it seems to me like you do like him or else you would just have left already and if what im saying is not true then you should leave him...maybe hes just annoying because he doesnt know how to act around u I think you should try talking to him maybe not saying it straight up but going around the issue so he wont feel bad but if you dont do anything about it then nothing is going to change he needs to know... communication is the need in any relationship so if you want this to work you need to tell him
