What do i do about these zits on my chest?

I hardly ever get any pimples, like, 1-2 per fortnight, but a few months ago, (maybe even 5, at the most) I started getting all these zits on my chest. And they're spreading. When it first started, there were only like, two or three there, but now it...

basically covers a 10cm by 10cm area! It isn't visible with clothes on, but I really don't want it to be! I have really dry skin, and products like clearasol and all the rest just inflame the problem. I normally use tea-tree oil to get rid of zits on my face, and that works really well, but not on these things. What do I do?

make sure your washing well, never reuse shirts, or bras, whatever and try toothpaste it works well, and also use a fragrence free lotion.

have you tried hydrocortisone, and allergy meds, thats what causes most of my zits is hives.

Why don't you just change your diet. Stay away from the sugary and fatty foods. Eat more raw food, and definately stay away from the meds. They don't do a thjng for you except waste your money!

for starters you can find a beauty product that specialized for dry skin
that way it helps you more because its for your skin typw
also dont wear bras, t-shirts and that for more than a few days without washing them
change those things reguarly too
it can also happen when you sweat, and it could be hereditary
but to start off get products that help fight pimples for dry skin
