What do I do about a stalker?

I am 14 years old and this weird guy that says he's 17 waits for me to get home from school,stands outside my window and talks to my little brother. and of course my brother doesn't know any better and he tells this boy things about me. I am afraid. he wants to have sex and make out with me. he wants to be my main man. what do I do?
PLEASE HELP ME
