Should i break it off?

I have a friend (girl not boy) and she sits next to me in a lot of class, and all she wants to do is talk to me.
I've broken off the friendship many times, but give her more and more chances.
Should I be truthful to her or just break it off for real?

i wouldnt break it off, just tell her she talx 2 much. lol. but say it in a nice way so u dont hurt her feelings. like if she starts talkn 2 u in class just ask her 2 be quiet so u can do ur work or hear the teacher.

You also could talk to the teacher and ask if she could move you before class starts...that will through her off and she won't have the opportunity to talk so much to you.... or just tell her you need to concentrate and would appreciate it she didn't talk to you cause its distracting... good luck!
