Why do I pee when I have an org**m?

when I am having an org**m I pee. Why Is that?? I even use the restroom before I have sex. what do I do to not pee and still have an org**m? It's very embarrassing when I pee on the bed when me and my boyfriend are having sex. It dose not bother him but it bothers me.. What do I do>?? It even makes the bed smell so when ever We have sex I have to clean the bed.. PLEASE HELP ME

practice using the muscles that are in your vagina, by squeezing them together, excercisng them several times a day.

Dear blessed_vocals18,
This is a common occurrence with woman. They suggest that you do the Kegal exercises to strengthen your muscles as well as avoiding caffeine and excessive amount of fluids through out the day. If you find it can be a real problem then seeing a doctor is a must...there is medication for this purpose but usually only given in extreme cases. Either way, a doctors visit is a good idea.
