Please don't avoid eating. You are so beautiful. And a lot of other people think so. If you're so dead set on not gaining another pound, eat small portions and skip dessert.
YOu have to eat something!!! Try exersizing very shortly after you eat slightly less calories than an Average Christmas...
I would just eat smaller portions of food, and dont eat candy or sugar pop!
But don't starve yourself, your beautiful already!
Well, I eat celery and carrots. But that's it. And I doubt I can get away with eating just that, while everyone else eats away. And I already exercise. I run 2 miles everyday.
this kind of stuff makes me really sad...
because there's so many beautiful people out there that dont even see it.
like I keep saying.
FOOD IS GOOD. EAT IT.
and there's better ways to lose weight and maintain it!
Food isn't so great. You eat so much, you become huge, then people look down on you, and you're just that 'fat ugly girl' to everyone's eyes, then you become depressed and go to food for comfort, which is sickening because that's what made you that way in the first place. And then you develop diabetes and die.
Eating a lot for one day is not going to effect your weight. Eat what you want for a day! it's the holidays! You won't gain a single pound from eating more for a day!
That doesn't happpen if you control yourself.
but no one likes the 'bag of bones' or the 'anorexic chick' either.
food's here for a reason.
in the end, it all leads to death.
eat and take a laxative .
you'll poop it all out and not gain anything.
eat fruits & veggies.
but please dont stop eating.
I did; and now I have frekkin stomach ulcers.
scarred for life and the pain is so bad.

If you have a choice take a smaller plate.
Small portions. You put the food on your plate, others will pile it on.
Avoid gravy and desserts.
Look for salads and veggies to fill your plate.
laxative abuse is just as bad as anorexia and bulimia.
Just eat smart. Eat whole grains, veggies and fruits in 6 small portions a day!
Your body will tell you when it's time to stop eating.
