You find people that have the same interests as you do. If you do the things you like to do and be yourself, you find people that you get along with.

If you are a girl find a guy and be friends with him for a while and get to know him better and eventually he will ask you out. if you are a guy do the same thing or just get the balls to ask a girl out.

Kit,

If you think you are nice to others than just because you don't know a lot of people does not mean you are not liked. Treat people good and look for things/hobbies/sports that interest you. Then do it... and you will see that the people you meet doing these same activities will become your friends. Go have a blast!!
