What to do if I'm bleeding from being hit in the stomach?

well yesterday we was playing a game in wellness and I got hit in tha stomach and im sorta worried about sumthang but right after I start to bleed but didnt realize until I got home from school is that bad and what do I do

It could be something in your stomach or abdomen got hurt/damaged. Bleeding in the stomach area as the result of injury should be checked out by a Doctor, as it can be potentially very serious. At the very least, tell your parents if you haven't already.
