probably the easiest way to lose weight is to cut down (if out) fast foods. Subway is OK.
Stop Drinking Pop aka Soda.
if those are present in your diet I can say there's at least 3-4 pounds lost just getting those out of you system.
More so do exercise, more cardio which will burn calories. if your aim is to LOSE weight don't do as many muscle building exercises...you'll find yourself gaining muscle which = more poundage.
however if your looking to tone your body a lil I would suggest doing some cardio (treadmill, bike, running etc) before your workout to warm up, then actually do a lifting routine, and finish up with cardio.
drink lots and lots of water, dont eat any crap, have lots of salads, if you drink milk switch to low-fat, go for a walk everyday, do simple exercises , dont use butter, cheese, salad dressings, dont drink soft drinks, dont have 3 regular meals a day just eat when you're hungry. I find a good way to stick to regular exercise is to draw up a chart and stick it on your fridge and tick off your set exercises/walks etc everyday because if you dont do them you feel guilty about it. Just basically eat foods that arent filled with sugar and fat, that and exercise should give you results. good luck

What diet has worked for you?
Whoever was ever on a diet, could you give me some very helpful hints on how to lose weight? I don't think I'm overweight, but I feel unhealthy. So I want to lose like, 16 pounds or so.
I'm also a bit embarrassed about going on a diet, so I'd like some tips that don't really make it obvious.
