Your lawyer is saying that whoever you're suing would pay double whatever you're asking for in addition to court costs and anything additional the court deems appropriate.

Basically, he's asking the judge to order payment to the plaintiff for double what was owed (the unpaid difference), plus his own lawyer fees and court costs which add up to more than $25, 000, as well as any other monetary amount that should be paid to the plaintiff as the judge deems fair according to the circumstances.
