I went on a great first date....he was a gentleman. After the date ended he sent me a text message telling me he had a good time and hoped i did. i told him the same. i was used to hearing from him everyday prior to our date and the next day he didn't...

call. i sent him a text asking him to be straight up because if he wasn't interested i wanted to know to move on. i thought it was rude so i sent him an additional text to apologize for being rude. he replied all right - he was really upset with me that i had forgotten he was playing hockey all day and he told me i had been rude one too many times and wanted no more. i miss him like crazy and he wont listen to me, wont let me apologize etc. he seems very stubborn, judgmental (last 3 relationships his gf cheated)....what do i say to get him to know i am sorry and want him back?

Write him an email, text or call, tell him once again you are sorry for your rudeness and you mean it else you wouldn't have sent him an apology in the first place. Explain that you forgot he was playing and you are really into him and wanted feedback that badly. If he still does not respond to your open-heartedness and remorse for what you did...ask yourself....do you really want it to always take forever in your relationship b4 he forgives you for you slip ups? if the answer is no then you might have to move on. Just give him some time, you have already said sorry for your mistake, the more you smother him the further you push him right now, just give it some time and if you havent heard from him in a few weeks then text him again.

Whoa, hold up! Listen to yourself. After the first real date, he doesn't answer a text message and you then send an additional one to point out his rudeness?? Did it ever occur to you that he does have a life other than you? Or that maybe he was with family (and you did forget)or even maybe that something came up.
