What color should i dye my hair?

I'm looking for other people's advice on what color I should dye my hair. I'd like to go much much lighter, but dont know exactly what would suit me...take a look at my picture and let me know what you think would be good. I'm thinking a caramel color...

with blonde highlights, something in that area, but very unsure. NEED HELP PLEASE lol...Thanks in advance happy I forgot to add a picture, but if you click on my profile you will me *yikes* lol

I'd go more of a light brown, then maybe carmel highlights. and a bit darker lowlights. nothing thats too drastic, that will still blend nicely together!
