im losing w8 @ the mom 2!

im aiming 2 lose 5kg before go back 2 school...im in mi 3rd wk of this diet have have lost 3kg in the 1st 2!
so you need 2 eat rite and exercise rite...if your nt in2 sport just try walking round your local arae 4 30 mins or join a your swim clubs water aerobics!

burn more calories than you consume.
I'm not sure about the inspiration though.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

also hang out with skinny girls. you will pick up on there eating habbits and might get jealous of them. thats a good inspiration.

ok so you say you have a binge-eating disorder. thats what I used to have, and my god im still trying to get rid of its effects.
Binge-eating disorders have a root cause- lack of confidence and something within you that causes an addiction. what I would suggest to you is CHANGE YOUR ADDICTION. I dont mean change it to smoking or drugs or anything, but what helped me was changing my binge-eating in to getting rid of what I'd eaten quickly by purging myself... im now a bit bulimic but I've got a control over it- I can stop whenever I want to. just keep it safe if you choose to do this- remember never ever to use that ipeca stuff or whatever its called- people die from it. just take things slow, and build up your confidence.
as 'hawaiinhot12' said, focus on a target, like guys. picture urself in the future with a SMOKIN HOT guy and with gorgeous friends, and you cant go wrong.

What can inspire me to go on a diet?
It's so hard to lose weight!
I have this binge eating disorder, so I won't stop gaining weight.
I also have no inspiration, so I'm never losing it.
How can I get inspired? Right now I'm 138 and 5'2, 13 years old. I don't look too bad, but I feel really unhealthy. And I'm either overweight, or very close to it!
