First, There is nothing wrong with being a virgin. You shouldn't be ashamed or feel that you are less a man. Second, sex is something really intimate and a really important step in a person's life. You should treat it as something sacred, special and fun not some type of race to who gets laid first or who gets with most girls. I guarantee that if you wait for it to be with someone you care about you'll never regret it and might even discover what great sex is all about. Be proud to be who you are, confidence is the best way to get a girl!

Being shy is ok also. Everyone is shy at one point or another. Some girls really like shy guys. That can even be your opening line 'Sory, I'm kind of shy...' The thing is you got to stop thinking about what your friends think because what really matters is what you think. They're laughing because they also feel insecure around girls and don't know how else to react. They might even wish they had the guts to try to get a girls attention like you do.
