What can i do about period cramps?

What can I do about period cramps. Esspessially in my stomach and back.

they make pills for that,
midol is one I think.
or you could just go with good ol advil

pamprin works pretty good for mine

I put like a hot water bottol on my stomack or go on the pill every mother is putting there daughter on it you can even skip the green pills and not have a period thats what my doctor told me or take a shot every 3 monthss but I dont know about your back. hope I helped.

Use a heating pad or take some midol.

I have the same problem with my back..and I take ibuprofen..
works like a charm(:

the best thing to do is lie down with a hot water bottle and a mug of warm drink[[ie: tea , coffee, hot chocolate]] and relax

Go pick up some pamprin, works for me!!^^
