What can i do about frizzy hair?

No matter what I do my hair frizzes up is there anything I can do?

I put some of this finishing cream stuff on it and it works fairly well. Just a dab that I run over my hands and sparcly run over and throughout my hair...dont use a lot other wise it might look greasy...just a tiny bit

Tres semme anti frizz shine serum spray works realy well.
its sold at all drugstores for about four dollars
