What can I do?

What can I do?ok so here's the thing my girlfriend and I are long distance and she for some odd reason keeps doubting that I love her and I keep telling her that I love her and that she's the only one in my life and I've done all I can to prove that and it sinks in to her for a couple of hours if I'm lucky and then the next day she's paranoid that there's another girl in my life and I keep telling her there isn't I've done everything I can to prove that to her and to prove that I really do love her but still the next day she doubts me.
Frankly I'm just tired of having to convince her,it takes so much energy out of me and by the time we talk on the phone I'm moody and irrated because of all the energy it takes out of me I just don't know what to do anymore.

Everytime she doubts me,everytime she thinks there's another girl I have to convince her that there is nobody else but her,I don't think she realizes this but everytime she does this to me,she's pushing me away.
Wish she would learn to trust that there is no other girl.like I have trusted her.she has impacted my life in positive and negative so much,I truly love her to death but I don't know what to do.I keep on having to repeat this constantly and I'm really tired of it.
What can I do?any help please?

How long have the two of you been in a long distance relationship? Have you ever given her any reason to not trust you? If you haven't, then maybe she's starting to feel the stress of the long distance. She could be having mixed feelings about your relationship and be subconsciously pushing you away. Or maybe she's just really afraid of losing you.
Long distance relationships are very difficult and can put a lot of tension on the two of you. Not being able to see the one you love runs its toll on you. I can tell that from your post alone, if the two of you continue down this road of doubt and resentment, it will most likely not end well. I speak from experience. Hopefully the two of you can work things out and not become another failed long distance statistic. Try reasoning with her and explain to her that every time she accuses you of doing something that you're not doing, it's adding nothing but more unnecessary stress to your relationship.
