I do yoga, I write poetry... well, it's not poetry, it's my thoughts written out in free verse form... lol I'm angry for a while but it's just what I do! I also just let it go, I dance it out, just crank up the tunes and let it out in your room, (I suck at dancing so I just lock my door and pull down the blinds in my windows...) it works for me!!

Anything to keep you happy but not too happy. Just basically anything to not make you mad, upset, sad, or whatever. Here are some things you can do; YOGA [that helps ALOTT], listen to some relaxing music, maybe sing your thoughs away, lay down and watch a movie, go to a place where it's peaceful and you can just relax, Dont hang out with dramatic people.

My consoler told me I need to do some things to relax, take my mind off of things.. but I don't know what there is. Could you give me some ideas? Anything you do to relax? Thanks for the help!
