What are the black dots on my legs?

does anyone else get them?? they're like black dots on my legs where hair grows..
whats the best way to shave to avoid them? or just completely get rid of them? I use shaving cream and a new razor eveytime I shave.. whats wrong??

I have one on my leg too, its been there since I was born and its fine to shave over, just dont cut it open. their perfectly normal and blend in with frecles. P.S its a wart

I used to have them, they look terrible, and it looks like you havent shaved, anyways I've been going to the salon to get my legs waxed and now can't even see them.
The problem with shaving is that you are only cutting the hairs, but when wax they are pulled from the root, NEVER SHAVE AGAIN ! because the black dots will come back, also after you wax when they start growing try to pull as many as you can with tweezers and then wax.
