What are sum good ways?

Can nyone tell me sum ways to not be so upset over lossing a friend. My friend died of alcohol posining and here it is a week later and im more upset now then I was when I found out he was gone...

Please ny help will be great...

go out with your friends and try to have fun. also try and make new friends and think about the good times lol

I think you should pray..honestly...ask God to give you the strength to deal with your loss... try not to let this consume your mind.. your life will go on wether you like it or not...good luck..

share your grief with others and educate your contacts as to how dangerous binge drinking is. make a little scrapbook of photos and memories-have the other friends contribute- give it to his mother. as much as you hurt; you can't imagine what the family is going through. don't let your heart be troubled. if you believe in an afterlife; you will most likely meet again. aww thats so upsetting :[ keep going out with friends, and keep yourself busy to keep your mind off it, but remember its ok to cry once in a while. good luck x
