What are some things I should do while pregnant ?

Im pregnant, and I been wondering what kinds of things I should, and shouldnt be doing. I scared to excercise because I dont know what effect it will have on the baby? I would also like to know what kinds of good advice you have to give .

Thanks for your time.

exercise is good! go low impact and instead of weights use exercise bands for resistance. walking is great…swimming is a good one too.

it’s important to EAT HEALTHY! no drinking. absolutely none.

take your prenatal vitamins and drink tons of water.

smoking can lead to miscarriage.

Prenatal care is really important - and they’ll talk with you what is and isn’t allowed. Good luck.

Exercising is fine…in moderation. Meaning don’t work yourself out until your like a limp spaghetti noodle.

Eat healthy foods and try to avoid shellfish and cut back on the tuna…most things are ok in moderation…even caffeine. My doctor always said one cup of coffee or soda day will not hurt the baby.

One glass of red wine…once in a while…will not harm the baby but it is not good for the baby either.

Take your prenatal vitamins and see your doctor once a month. Don’t be afraid to call your doctor for advice or because you notice something unusual…they are there to listen to you and to help you.

Enjoy your pregnancy…it’s a wonderful feeling knowing that you are making a little person.

it’s important to exercise when pregnant it keeps you and the baby healthy I don’t know about what weirdo1 said and if it is true or not but I wouldn’t recommend it seems like a bad idea seeing as how drinking is bad during pregnancy if you smoke you might not want to it’s not good for you or the baby it wont kill it it’s just not healthy now when exercising do not lift heavy items that’s not a good idea but stretching and walking or jogging is good use coco butter to help prevent stretch marks any other questions you may ask may not be able to answer but I can sure try

Answer #5

I’ve heard that drinking a little bit of red whine every two to three days is good for your baby
