What are some good exercises?
I've been mostly in the house lately, due to cold weather. And I'm supposed to get an hour of exercise a day, so I have been dancing, playing ddr, and push-ups, sit-ups, etc. I need to keep myself healthy and need more vigorous exercise. I don't think the other ones are keeping me in shape. What are some good outdoor exercises? Like things along the lines of some kind of sport. (even if it's like skateboarding)! I can't ride my bike because the darn thing is broken, I can't rollerblade due to blisters opening every time I skate. So what are some good exercises for me to do? I was going to walk my friends dog to petland, but it's like a 5 minute walk. Not very far.
