What are good ways?

Hey. I'm a 15 year old male that work out twice a week, I work out my pecs , back, and abs. I do my push ups with three chairs, one chair for my left hand ,one for the right and the other for my feet .
I work out my abs by doing cross crunches,...

I dont get a lot of results by doing these routine . I do 110 push ups and 250 crunches .
I want to work out more of my upper abs, lower abs , and the obliques.
I want to work out my pecs too. Cause I got extra skin, and I think that's probably why I dont see results.
But I need tips to tone my muscles or work them out, ans I dont go to the gym, in two months I'm going on a trip to the beach with my school, and I want a good body by then. please help

looks up woodchops for your obliques, lower abs your need to lay on your back and raise your legs whilst keeping them straight. if your want to get bigger pecs I am afraid you have to go to the gym, no matter how good your stomach is if there is any fat you wont get a six pack

You need to start running or fast walking because just working out like you do is already toning and building your muscles. What cardio exercises do is basically get rid of the 'extra skin' and make the muscles more visible.

psh! are you serious! I wud die if I did that much excersise and im a volleyball player, swimmer adn tennis player! lol but I would say maybe double up on your excesising things! lol happy I bet you look great any way!
