What age do you have to be to have sex

I'm 13 years of age and me and my girlfriend want to have sex but I dont know what to do if she gets pregnant.

I'm sorry, but I think you are a tad young. There are no real age limits to have sex, unless it has to do with you being older and your partner being much younger. (ex. you 25, and her 14) or something. But you really should be trying to focus on just living for now. Don't orry the time will come when you know it's the right time. But right now, too many things can go wrong, and you are too young to deal with them.

Well use condom? Tho you are only 13, wondering if your balls have even dropped yet. : D

If your wondering about her getting pregnant and things, then im guessing you dont know enough about sex to be having sex at your age? if you knew enough then you would know a condom does the job.

You shouldnt be having sex at your age. the legal age is usualy between 16 and 18 withit being 18 in most places in america. As some othes ahve said you wont even be fully developed yet- thats youre bdies way of saying you're too young- and you are. Ethnically and naturally you are too young. But if you dont take anyones advice and go ahead with it anyway then always use a condom. If you're going to have sex without one and not come in her- dont do this. Men release pre cum and that can get her pregnant. So the rule is never go anywere near her without a condom. If she does get pregnant then what she does is up to her.
