You don,t have to masturbate. You only masturbate if it's something you feel like doing. There is no obligation. Many people start masturbate in their teens but some never do.

Lol, no ones going to come arrest you if they find out your masturbating and think your to young. There is no age, its whenever you feel like it. Some people do in their teens, some never really get into it and some maybe even start exploring when they are very young. Its up to you.
