What acne product works the best?

I have bad acne. Pro-activ did not help at all. Clean and clear, clearasil, and noxema made my face incredibaly greasy, and did not help at all. My doctor prescribed me the first time with something, and it made my face so greasy, and the second time it...

try drinking water. like loads of it.

it all depends on YOUR skin. Some people use tooth past... 4 me... that doesnt work... I just use good ol' soap and warm water

You should go back to your dermatologist to get a prescription that works. It's a process of elimination, as everyone's skin reacts differently to certain medicines, so you have to go back and forth trying different prescriptions until you get one that finally works for you.

Usually the perscription ones or the ones in commertials.
For me, ProActiv is the best.
but what's best on me may not be the best on you.
