What about after toned thighs?

Well, say I've toned my thighs down to exactly what I want them to look like. Would I continue squats/lunges after that? Because I'm a very sporty person and my thighs don't have fat on them exactly just a fair bit of muscle I'm wondering if I need to...

continue those exercises after my thighs are toned.

Also I've heard that the BMI isn't always exact since your bones can weigh more than others and muscle weighs more than fat so I assume it may not always be right. And right now my BMI is 22.0 so I'm sure thats healthy.

heeyaa you still need to do squats and lunges to keep them toned but just not as often my mum is the same,she says to keep them toned do step ups on the stairs and to make it fun she does it in between tv adverts!!!x
