What’s your favorite movie of all time and why?

I have 2 favorites!

Full Metal Jacket- anyone who has ever seen it knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that it will go down in history as the best movie of all time. The storylines are fantastic... the movie is so dramaticly different in the two halves.
The Shawshank Redemption- It's a little less known than Full Metal Jacket, but equally as good. This movies also has great storylines, and it's a classic. Those who like it, like it a lot!

Some of my favorite movies might seem odd.

Bladerunner: It's a guy thing

The President's Analyst: James Colburn was so underrated as an actor. When I was a lad I thought the cold war would eventually melt away like they suggested in this movie.

Kind Hearts and Coronets: Alec Guinness at his best. Plays 8 parts including a women. Movie about a serial killer and he is the protagonist! One of the darkest comedies ever.

The Young Poisioner's Handbook: Even darker than Kind Hearts and Coronets. True tale about a teen with an interesting hobby of poisioning people.

I happen to go for more lighthearted and idealistic movies like the sandlot. Another favorite is the boy who could fly. and who can deny the 80's movies? lol

Pirates of the Carribbean 2 for reasons I don't even know, I just love it.

My favorite movie is I am legend because I just love scary movies! but when Camp Rock comes out in June on Disney Channel that is going to be my new favorite! JoBros rock!
