How long until wellbutrin and lexapro will work?

I am presently taking Wellbutrin sr 300 mg daily and Lexapro 10 mg daily. I was wondering how long before it reaches it effectiveness I have been taking it for almost 6 weeks now. I am seeing a lot of good days but, sometimes not as good as I would...

like I was wondering if it has not all the way reached its effecttiveness

Well, every person is different.
Not everyone will receive the full benefit of certain medications right away; or sometimes not at all.
Especially when it comes to how they may or may not react or to medication(s), as per how affective a medication may be for them.

This is due to the fact that, because we each are all made up differently; in the means of our particular body chemistry not being exactly alike, for each person.
Though aspects maybe similar, no two are precisely alike.

Thus medications in being a set formula, granted they have differences in dosages.
Are not guaranteed to fulfill all purposed remedies, for each person all the time.

The best option is to consult with a doctor, prior to making any changes, or in an accurate evaluation of how you are responding to the medication.

I my self have been on Wellbutrin before, and found it not so helpful.. However my father has been on this medication for a few years, and it helps him out great.

So, it all depends... Because it may take you less or more time to gain full affect.
